01 — Who we are

Building A Portfolio In The
Tethyan-eurasian Metallogenic Belt.

The company was established to identify, secure and develop high-quality mineral assets in geologically significant provinces that remain underexplored relative to their proven endowment. Our current portfolio is centred on the Tethyan-Eurasian Metallogenic Belt, one of the world’s premier mineral provinces, which extends more than 10,000+ km from southeastern Europe through Turkey, Iran and Pakistan and hosts some of the largest known copper-gold deposits globally.

Tejara International Resources currently holds two mining leases and two large-scale exploration licences in Balochistan Province, Pakistan, covering a combined area of more than 1,000 square kilometres within the Chagai magmatic arc. This positions the company within the same geological corridor as Reko Diq, Saindak and other major porphyry copper-gold systems recognised by the U.S. Geological Survey as among the most prospective in the world.

The company is actively evaluating additional mineral opportunities in Sub-Saharan Africa as part of a broader growth strategy focused on underexplored regions with established geological potential and supportive regulatory environments for responsible mining investment.

02 — OUR APPROACH

A Methodical Approach to
Resource Development.

We focus on assets where geological data, independent technical validation and established regional context provide a sound basis for systematic exploration and, where warranted, development toward production.

Our work programs are designed to progress assets toward compliance with internationally recognised reporting standards, including JORC and NI 43-101. We engage qualified independent professionals at every stage to ensure that technical assessments meet the standards expected by institutional partners, regulatory authorities and host governments.

We believe that the most valuable mineral assets are developed through patient, disciplined capital allocation, strong local partnerships and a genuine commitment to the regions in which we operate. Resource development is a long-term undertaking, and our approach reflects that reality.
